 * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
 * 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
 * Property & Casualty Insurance experience
 * Strong expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis
 * Advanced proficiency with Python and SQL
 * Experience working with complex datasets, including high-dimensional, sparse, and time-series data
 * Experience deploying, monitoring, and managing models in production environments
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
 * Proven ability to solve complex business problems independently
 * Experience mentoring team members and promoting analytical best practices
 * Strong project management and organizational skills

 * Claims domain expertise within the insurance industry
 * Experience with Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering
