## About the Role

* 3+ years of software development experience at major technology companies and/or software startups building SaaS products and Agents
 * Real passion for solving complex customer problems using data insights, data science and analytics
 * General understanding of data structures, algorithms and distributed computing concepts
 * Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to work autonomously.
 * Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, etc and Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, DAX and ETL
 * Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics
 * B.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience), * A total of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science, machine learning/statistics.
 * Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to work autonomously.
 * Proficient understanding of Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, A/B Testing, Customer Segmentation
