## Description

Join a product engineering team building software that helps organizations improve the reliability of AI agents in production. This backend-leaning full-stack role combines hands-on engineering with customer input to shape useful product experiences., * Build product experiences for investigating agent behavior, evaluating results, debugging trajectories, and replaying production activity.

 * Work directly with customers to understand where their agents fail, turn those needs into product decisions, and iterate on solutions.
 * Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and user-facing product features across the stack.
 * Build agent capabilities that support large-scale investigations of production traces.
 * Design platform features such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage systems, SDKs, and terminal-first developer tools.
 * Collaborate with teams deploying AI agents and use their feedback to improve the product.
