## About the Role

Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering, Team Building, Team Lead/Manager, Needs Assessment, Computer Maintenance, Network Administration/Management, Network Systems, United States Department of Defense (DoD), Full Scope Polygraph, * Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

 * At least three (3) years of experience as a lead system engineer to include experience in leading, managing, and collaborating with a broad range of organizations and groups/teams needed to accomplish the system engineering tasks.
 * A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in one or more of the following:
 + System engineering of DoD command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) systems;
 + Analyzing needs, deriving system-level requirements, and contributing to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer networks and systems; or
 + Microelectronics engineering, integrated circuit design and integrated circuit reverse engineering skills.
 * A degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Information Systems, or DAWIA Level 3 SPRD&E certification (any specialty), may substitute for part of the experience requirement.

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

## Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer - Level 3 to support a proprietary client. In this role, you'll lead system engineering tasks, collaborating with a broad range of organizations and groups/teams.

 * Analyze needs and derive system-level requirements.
 * Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer networks and systems.
 * Support system engineering of DoD command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) systems.
