## About the Role

* An active security clearance with polygraph.
 * A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and fourteen (14) years of experience as an SE. Nineteen (19) years of SE experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
 * Experience with agile development methodologies
 * Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding new technologies and products
 * Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules
 * Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done.

 * Develop and validate use cases, business processes, and user workflows.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, process reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
 * Prepare schedule inputs and support release planning activities.
 * Identify, communicate, and track dependencies, impediments, and risks impacting delivery.
 * Collaborate across product teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and the successful delivery of enterprise budgeting and financial management capabilities.
