## Description

Infrastructure Integration & Assessment

 * Lead discovery and capability assessment across environments.
 * Develop integration roadmap with dependencies and milestones.
 * Serve as primary liaison between organizations.
 * Align with enterprise architecture standards.

Networking (Physical, WiFi & Cloud)

 * Integrate physical and wireless network environments.
 * Implement VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
 * Ensure consistent routing, segmentation, and security.
 * Monitor and resolve performance issues.
 * Define rationalized cloud hosting strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP).
 * Apply SRE principles (SLOs, SLAs, observability).
 * Implement IaC, CI/CD, and automation.

Identity & Access Management

 * Implement SSO, MFA, and directory sync.
 * Enforce RBAC, PAM, least privilege.
 * Ensure regulatory compliance.
 * Define unified collaboration platform strategy.
 * Lead Messaging and Collaboration tool alignment.
 * Manage data migration and compliance.
 * Ensure smooth end-user transition.

Security & Governance

 * Align with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, CMMC/FedRamp.
 * Implement and validate security controls.
 * Establish governance standards.
 * Operational Resilience
 * Ensure HA, DR, and business continuity.
 * Monitor performance and capacity.
