## About the Role

* Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls. \n
 * Experience supporting IT equipment, including laptops, printers, and keyboard, video, and mouse (KVM) switches. \n
 * Systems administration experience with Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO). \n
 * Ability to explain technical issues and document work clearly, both verbally and in writing. \n
 * General knowledge of Department of Defense organizational structure. \n
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. \n
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks. \n
 * Ability to obtain a U.S. government Secret security clearance. \n
 * Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. \n
