Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects and meet commitments; able to create clarity about what success looks like and achieve results * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note, PowerPoint; ability to create clear and informative documentation and diagrams Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods of time * Ability to spend brief period of time walking and in low postures such as crouching, kneeling, and stooping under desks and equipment * Ability to lift, move, pull, push, raise, lower, and carry equipment up to 25 pounds * Ability to repetitively use a telephone, computer mouse, and keyboard for extended durations * Work is performed primarily in a professional office environment * Ability to participate in rotational on-call schedule to provide support outside of normal business hours (evenings and weekends) Reasonable accommodation will be provided as required by law to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential job functions. ## Description The Regional Information Technology (IT) Manager provides technical support services to internal users, troubleshooting issues related to computers, network devices, application software, and mobile devices across a specified region.
