## Description

The SAP ABAP/BTP Developer is responsible for complex business and system analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities across SAP enterprise applications. This role works closely with business stakeholders, SAP Functional Consultants, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The developer leads the design and development of ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, forms, and integrations while ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This position also provides technical leadership, mentors junior team members, and contributes to successful project delivery across large-scale SAP environments., * Conduct business and system analysis to support current and future SAP application enhancements

 * Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application designs and technical solutions
 * Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client stakeholders to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations
 * Develop programming specifications, technical designs, process diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for application modifications and implementations
 * Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across enterprise environments
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
 * Support integration efforts across SAP modules and external applications
 * Participate in solution design reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning
 * Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and project methodologies
 * Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities
 * Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
