This position sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and legal technology, helping shape the user experience for a growing portfolio of AI-powered tools used by legal professionals and operational teams. You will serve as the UX authority for the team - guiding design direction, reviewing AI-generated interfaces, establishing design standards, and driving exceptional user experiences across every solution delivered. This is an opportunity to influence the design language of an entirely new category of legal AI products within a fast-moving, collaborative, remote-first environment.
