You'll own delivery, team health, and technical direction for your area, and you'll partner closely with product, design, and client stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't be writing production code every day, but you'll be close enough to the work to review designs, unblock hard problems, and make sound technical calls. Represent your team in planning, communicate status and risks clearly, and handle trade-off conversations with stakeholders and clients. * Improve how we work. Spot friction in process, tooling, or communication and fix it.
