## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data analysis)

 * Experience extracting and manipulating data from SAP or other ERP systems
 * Strong data validation, cleansing, and reporting experience
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
 * Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, 40 hours per week, * Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Utilities, Energy, or Capital Projects environments
 * Project Controls or PMO reporting experience
 * Experience preparing executive-level dashboards and performance metrics
 * Training, documentation, or user support experience

## Description

* Extract, validate, and analyze project data from SAP and other systems
 * Clean, organize, and maintain large datasets to ensure reporting accuracy
 * Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly project performance reports
 * Support executive reporting on budget vs. actual performance, forecasting, and capital spend
 * Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, and Engineers to gather and validate project information
 * Support data migration and reporting initiatives within the PROCOM project tracking system
 * Create exception reports and identify data inconsistencies requiring corrective action
 * Assist with user support, training, documentation, and FAQ development
 * Help improve reporting processes and data quality standards across the organization
