* Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor / Blaze Decision Engine.
 * Translate complex business requirements and decision logic into configurable rules and decision services.
 * Develop and maintain Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, functions, and database queries.
 * Integrate Blaze decision services with Java/API-based enterprise applications.
 * Analyze existing rule flows, decision tables, rule sets, and data models and implement enhancements.
 * Troubleshoot production issues involving business-rule execution, database processing, interfaces, and application integrations.
 * Perform impact analysis, debugging, unit testing, performance tuning, and release validation.
