* Handle incident, problem, and change management across applications.
 * Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
 * Manage monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and platform health.
 * Automate recurring operational tasks and improve MTTR using AI and automation.
 * Manage Dev/QA/Prod environments, deployments, patches, and upgrades.
 * Handle credential rotation, access provisioning, certificates, and compliance activities.
 * Support platform onboarding, integrations, and data source configurations.
 * Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and platform health reporting.
