## About the Role

* 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership/management experience.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields (or equivalent experience).
 * Demonstrated success leading teams building scalable enterprise applications with stringent availability requirements.
 * Strong technical proficiency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and web frameworks (e.g., Remix, NextJS).
 * Exceptional ability to empathize with users, translating business and user needs into strategic engineering priorities.
 * U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled data access., * Familiarity with our tech stack, including AWS, TypeScript, and React/Remix.
 * Previous experience in rapidly scaling engineering teams and processes within startup or hyper-growth environments.
 * Demonstrated ability in balancing strategic, long-term architectural goals against short-term product delivery needs.
 * Eligibility for obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Top Secret (TS) clearance.
