## About the Role

* Three to seven years of software engineering experience, including shipping production code across the full stack.
 * Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.
 * Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines, with a solid understanding of system design and infrastructure.
 * Familiarity with AI agents, large language models, graph traversal or indexing, knowledge graphs, multi-tenant systems, or workflow automation.
 * Curiosity, self-direction, and a track record of identifying valuable problems and carrying solutions through.
 * Clear communication and collaborative work with engineers and customers; experience in procurement, supply chain, or industrial technology is helpful.
 * Interest in a hands-on individual contributor role on a small, high-ownership team.
