Program Manager - Cloud Platform Delivery

We are looking for a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform involving multi-team coordination, external integrations and distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore).

This role requires someone who has owned end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs.
Key Responsibilities

 * Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering pods (backend, QA, DevOps)
 * Drive program planning, sprint governance and dependency management
 * Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies (RAID logs)
 * Coordinate with:
 + Engineering teams
 + Architects
 + Infrastructure teams
 + External partners/vendors
 * Support platform integrations (APIs, workflows, external systems)
 * Ensure quality, performance and release readiness
 * Provide clear executive-level status updates and reporting
