## Description

A well-established organization is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its team on a short-term contract. This role will provide day-to-day technical support to employees across the organization, ensuring systems, hardware, and software run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment., * Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 environments
 * Support user accounts and access within Azure Active Directory
 * Manage and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
 * Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
 * Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates
 * Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
