Preferred qualifications can be listed separately. * 3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination roles * required. * Experience supporting hiring managers and coordinating onboarding processes required. * Exposure to employee relations processes or HR operations preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. Physical Requirements: * Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing computer-based work and participating in virtual or phone meetings. * Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, and phone. * Ability to move between office areas or floors as needed for meetings and collaboration. * Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials such as onboarding documents or recruiting materials, up to 15 lbs.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role. Travel Requirements: This position requires occasional travel, estimated at 5-10% of the time, primarily for job fairs, recruiting events, and multi-site coordination. The frequency and duration of travel will vary based on organizational need.
