* 8+ years of full stack engineering experience
 * Strong in at least one frontend: React / Angular / Vue
 * Backend: C#/.NET (preferred) OR Java/Python/Node (willing to work with C#)
 * Hands-on across APIs, DB, frontend, backend, deployment
 * Experience with AI tools: Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.
 * Exposure to AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
 * Experience in Banking / Financial Services or other regulated industries
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Must be local, USC, and able to work onsite
