## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, optimize, and deploy scalable ML solutions to solve complex business challenges. If you excel at building robust production models, engineering complex features, and implementing end-to-end MLOps lifecycles, we want to hear from you!, To excel in this position, your background must include strong experience across these core areas:

 * ML Frameworks & Languages: High proficiency in Python paired with hands-on experience building enterprise models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
 * Data Engineering & Preprocessing: Strong experience with feature engineering, data cleansing, and manipulating large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
 * Production Deployment & MLOps: Proven track record of deploying models into production environments, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.
 * Algorithm Optimization: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical model evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
 * Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

 * Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
 * Familiarity with model deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
 * Knowledge of ETL pipelines and enterprise-scale AI solution architecture., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or production-ready AI solution development.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational problems into effective technical AI/ML solutions.
 * Monitor, test, and tune live model performance to proactively improve accuracy, scaling, and operational efficiency over time.
