## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred)
 * 5+ years of relevant experience
 * Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio)
 * Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)
 * Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques
 * Experience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

 * HCM Global Human Resources Certification or AI solution experience
 * Background in building AI-enabled or agent-driven solutions

We partner closely with the Human Capital to identify opportunities, automate processes, and enable citizen developers to innovate faster.

As a Senior Data & BI Analyst, you'll design and deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM, helping modernize processes and unlock new ways of working across the organization.

What You'll Do

 * Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent Studio
 * Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability
 * Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
 * Work with data-extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applications
 * Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agents in the Oracle HCM environment
 * Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation
