## Description

The Data Analyst, BuzzBallz leverages data and analytics to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain performance. This role transforms complex operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. The analyst works closely with supply chain, finance, operations, IT, and Global Analytics teams to enhance visibility and drive business results. Success in the role requires strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and proficiency with modern reporting and analytics tools. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics is preferred to help drive innovation and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
What You'll Do:

 * Develop and maintain supply chain analytics and reporting, utilizing Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Global Analytics tools to provide visibility into key business and operational metrics.
 * Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, AI-enabled decision support, and forward-looking insights that improve demand forecasting and supply planning.
 * Analyze inventory performance and supply chain KPIs, identifying opportunities to optimize working capital, improve inventory turnover, reduce obsolescence risk, and mitigate operational risks.
 * Drive data quality and governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across ERP systems, planning platforms, and reporting tools while improving master data management practices.
 * Partner on strategic supply chain and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering actionable insights that enhance service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
