PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * Experience working in cannabis * Experience working with Mass. Seed to Sale System from METRC * Experience working in a highly regulated industry. ## Description The Retail Budtender & Intake Techs are responsible for supporting their Inventory Manager with maintaining accurate inventory control measures during product intakes of third-party products. The Budtender & Intake Techs are expected to contribute to make their Dispensary a climate which encourages forward thinking, embraces inclusion, and practices generosity of spirit., OPERATIONAL EXCELLANCE * Intakes BOUTIQ and 3rdparty product with 100% accuracy by following all state, Metrc, and CCC guidelines. * Communicates intake variances and other inventory issues promptly with Inventory Team to ensure that counts are 100% accurate at all times. * Assists the Inventory Leads with barcoding, relabeling, and ensuring all product is sales floor ready. * Supports the Inventory team by updating the menu and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date. This will also entail daily TAC audits. * An expert in all things MA regulations and remains vigilant in updates from the Cannabis Control Commission, METRC, and Leaf Logix. * Assists is fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect, while perpetuating a curiosity for "everything cannabis". * Intake Tech will report directly to the Inventory Manager and Dispensary Managers., * Offer a tailored Customer Experience through active listening, genuine curiosity, and expert brand and product knowledge. * Demonstrate open body language, enthusiasm and create an engaging environment. * Demonstrate flexibility with regard to different patient needs; remain calm, professional, and collected at all times. * Be proactive in furthering your own development and identifying ways to grow your skillset.
