Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

 * Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or related role
 * Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
 * Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
 * Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records systems is a plus
 * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
 * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

## Description

* Provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
 * Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
 * Monitor and maintain network and server systems
 * Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
 * Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new technology and systems
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
 * Train staff on new systems and technology
 * Keep up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
 * Provide excellent customer service and support to all users
