## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical support?, We are hiring an Operations Specialist for a full-time, in-office role. This is a hands-on position where you'll work across technical support, hardware systems, and operations. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to move quickly while maintaining accuracy., * You communicate clearly and follow issues through to full resolution

 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
 * Self-starter who does not wait for direction
 * Reliable, accountable, and motivated to improve
