## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and equipment., * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other technology equipment
 * Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security
 * Manage user accounts and access permissions
 * Train employees on how to use new technology and software
 * Maintain inventory of all technology equipment and supplies
 * Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and upgrades
 * Communicate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
 * Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to make recommendations for improvement
