About the Role Do you have experience in Visio?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelors' degree in engineering or a related technical field * 2+ years of experience working with ISO management systems in a professional service organization * Proficiency in internal auditing of quality management systems and environmental management systems * Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and ideally ISO 14001:2015 * Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure, initiative, teamwork, and structured problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on multitasking and proactive action * Effective external leadership skills including effectively interacting with clients, regulators, project managers, and employees at all levels of the organization * Strong verbal and written communications skills when interacting with others, with the ability to express intricate ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience * Self-driven with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently to provide guidance and leadership to mid-level to senior level team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC * Proficiency in technical writing, office automation and communication software, technology, math principles, predictive models, and tools * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Outlook and Adobe Applications * Experience with providing critical review for documents and preparing technical deliverables with a high degree of complexity * Adaptability and flexibility to work in a variety of time zones to meet business needs and ability to prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment * Excellence in documentation and record control * Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills * Ability to focus and adjust priorities to best impact quality metrics * Ability to identify, prioritize, and implement actions to continuously improve operations and systems to manage business risks * Proficiency in Global Quality standards * Ability to think strategically and lead with positive influence * Excellent creativity and problem-solving techniques to implement critical quality assurance strategies and processes * Experience at assisting and supporting the auditing of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems * Ability to analyze audit findings, identify areas for improvement, carry out root cause analysis * Proven skills in strategic planning, design of quality objectives and key performance indicators system * All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171 ##
