## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Masters level degree or equivalent professional experience in mathematics, computer science or computational image analysis and algorithm development. Additionally, the candidate should have experience or knowledge in Python, C++ and GPU processing.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience in developing and applying algorithms for image processing or analysis.
 * Understanding of bioimaging workflows and analysis.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with a data driven approach to development and optimization
 * Ability to work independently or alongside a multi-disciplinary team with the communication skills to ensure smooth flow of technical information and ideas.

## Description

* Create and adapt image processing pipelines for 2D and 3D super-resolution microscopy modalities.
 * Support system auto-calibration processes.
 * Smart microscopy feature development.
 * Future image processing pipeline scoping and development of automated modules., At Northern Light Microscopy, we believe in opportunities for all and acknowledge the value in individual's skills and experiences.
