This is not a dedicated NetSuite Administrator or ERP Manager position. This role is designed for an operations-oriented individual who can understand business workflows, organize operational data, communicate with internal departments, and support the ERP implementation process with guidance from external NetSuite consultants. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of business operations, including order processing, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and basic accounting workflows. This position will work closely with management, department teams, and external NetSuite implementation consultants to collect operational information, document current processes, prepare data, support testing, and assist with a smooth ERP transition. After NetSuite go-live, this role will continue to support daily operations, reporting, data accuracy, process documentation, and basic ERP-related follow-up as part of the broader operations team. Key Responsibilities Operations Support * Support daily operational activities across order processing, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and accounting-related workflows. * Assist management with operational follow-up, process tracking, documentation, and cross-department coordination. * Work with internal teams to understand current workflows from order entry to purchasing, inventory control, shipping, invoicing, and customer support. * Help identify process gaps, duplicate work, delays, and areas that need better organization. * Support process improvement efforts to create more consistent and efficient operational workflows. ERP Implementation Support * Assist with the NetSuite ERP implementation project under the guidance of management and external consultants. * Gather operational information, business requirements, and process details from internal departments. * Help document current workflows and support the mapping of those workflows into the ERP system. * Prepare, clean, organize, and validate data needed for ERP setup and migration. * Support user testing, issue tracking, training preparation, and go-live readiness. * Coordinate communication between internal users and external NetSuite consultants. * Maintain task lists, meeting notes, open issue logs, and implementation-related documentation. Data, Reporting & Documentation * Prepare and maintain operational reports related to sales orders, purchasing, inventory, warehouse activities, logistics, and customer service. * Use Excel to organize, compare, clean, and reconcile operational data. * Assist management with KPI tracking and operational performance reporting. * Help identify data discrepancies, process issues, and areas requiring follow-up. * Maintain SOPs, workflow documents, training notes, and user reference materials.
