## About the Role

Do you have experience in REST?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Essential experience:

 * Strong commercial experience with Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce.
 * Proven experience developing with the Hyvä frontend framework.
 * High level of competence with REST and SOAP APIs.
 * Solid PHP and Magento architectural knowledge.
 * Experience building bespoke themes and custom modules.
 * Performance optimisation experience (frontend and backend).
 * Confident using Git for version control.
 * Comfortable working in Linux-based environments.
 * Clear written communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
 * Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

 * Adobe Commerce or Hyvä certification
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
 * Knowledge of GDPR and PCI DSS compliance
 * Agency background or experience working across multiple client projects
 * Exposure to complex ERP or third-party system integrations, * Bachelor's (preferred), * Magento PHP Developer: 2 years (required)

## Description

We're looking for an experienced Magento PHP Developer to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity.

This role suits someone who is genuinely comfortable working across Magento backend, APIs, and Hyvä-based frontends, and who enjoys solving real-world eCommerce problems rather than just shipping features.

You'll be involved across the full development lifecycle - from technical discovery and implementation through to optimisation and support - working closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Developing and maintaining custom Magento modules and integrations
 * Building and extending Hyvä-based frontends using Tailwind and Alpine.js
 * Designing, consuming and building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
 * Optimising Magento stores for performance, scalability, and reliability
 * Working with Git-based workflows and collaborating via pull requests
 * Contributing to technical decisions and improving internal standards
 * Supporting and enhancing existing client platforms
