The IT Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support and field services for end-user computing, infrastructure, and operational technology systems across site operations. This role supports day-to-day technology operations through troubleshooting, deployment, maintenance, and administration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, network-connected systems, and core Microsoft technologies.
