* Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware and server infrastructure
 * Perform break-fix troubleshooting on servers, racks, and network hardware
 * Handle server rack installations, cabling (fiber and copper), and hardware intake
 * Perform diagnostics and use testing equipment to resolve hardware issues
 * Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety procedures
 * Support data center infrastructure operations and maintenance
 * Participate in daily stand-up meetings and operational reviews
 * Shadow senior technicians and complete technical training modules
 * Contribute to efficiency improvement projects and operational initiatives
 * Document troubleshooting steps and maintain operational logs
