 + Templates & Konfigurationsstandards
 + Dokumentation
 * Definition von:
 + Monitoring-, Patch- und Backup-Konzepten
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben
 * Mitarbeit bei Kundenprojekten (Migrationen, Neueinführungen)
 * Know-how-Transfer an interne Teams
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Service Management, Netzwerk & Security
