 * Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie JIRA, Polarion, Git oder CI/CD-Umgebungen
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Funktionale Sicherheit und Cyber Security, z. B. ISO 26262 oder ISO 21434
 * Verständnis moderner Software-Architekturen im Automotive-Umfeld, insbesondere Embedded- und sicherheitskritische Systeme
 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
 * Selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Teamplayer-Mentalität
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Analyse und Bewertung eingehender Software-Issues, Fehlermeldungen und Abweichungen im Automotive-Umfeld
 * Durchführung strukturierter Root-Cause-Analysen entlang relevanter Automotive-SPICE-Prozesse
 * Bewertung bestehender Hotfixes sowie Identifikation nachhaltiger Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsbereiche
 * Fachliche Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
 * Teilnahme an technischen Abstimmungen mit Entwicklungs-, Fach- und Qualitätsteams
 * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Lessons Learned aus analysierten Software-Issues
 * Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Prozessen, Methoden und Tools
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen im Kontext Functional Safety und Cyber Security
