* 7+ years as a Senior Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead driving large, complex enterprise initiatives

 * Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
 * Demonstrated strength in cross-functional coordination across business, IT, QA, infrastructure, and vendors
 * Experience supporting go-live readiness, cutover execution, and post-deployment stabilization
 * Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills with clear executive-level communication
 * Hands-on experience with project management tools (Planview, Microsoft Project, Visio, Office suite)
 * Ability to drive process improvement, delivery metrics, and lessons-learned practices

## Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Project Manager to help a large defense customer through their enterprise transformation. The Senior Technical Delivery / Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure initiatives, partnering closely with SAP development teams, business workstreams, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and external vendors. On a day-to-day basis, this role coordinates complex, cross-functional activities to deliver integration and interface objects for major program go-lives, manages project plans, risks, budgets, and dependencies, and ensures adherence to enterprise delivery standards. The role also supports production releases, cutover planning, and post-deployment stabilization while driving continuous improvement, transparent communication, and alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
