## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 8+ years of professional front-end development experience
 * Strong expertise in:
 + HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
 + Modern front-end architecture and best practices
 * Proven experience working in structured development and QA environments
 * Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and scalability

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with React (Remix or React Router strongly preferred)
 * Experience with Node.js and Express building/working with actual web servers
 * Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
 * Experience working with CMS and eCommerce platforms
 * Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (with the ability to review and validate generated code)

## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Front End Engineer to join our team in delivering modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This role will focus on building pixel-perfect user interfaces, enhancing customer-facing experiences, and collaborating across design, development, and QA teams., * Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript implementations

 * Develop and maintain modern, scalable front-end applications and user-facing features
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects through design, development, and QA phases
 * Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
 * Ensure validation of user inputs before backend submission
 * Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
 * Standardize QA processes, oversee testing, and contribute to bug fixes and enhancements
 * Work within CMS, eCommerce platforms, and modern web frameworks
 * Configure and manage plugins to support website functionality
 * Contribute to ongoing redesign and maintenance initiatives impacting customer experience
 * Identify development blockers and implement creative, compliant solutions
 * Stay current with web development trends, tools, and best practices
