We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company building AI-powered solutions that help organizations streamline complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and unlock value from business data.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges, design technical solutions, and implement scalable software systems. You will act as a bridge between engineering and business stakeholders, helping transform customer requirements into working products and integrations.

This position combines hands-on software development with customer-facing problem solving, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy both building technology and working closely with users to deliver measurable outcomes., * Work directly with customers to understand business processes, technical requirements, and operational challenges

 * Design and implement custom solutions using Python and modern software development practices
 * Develop integrations between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer environments
 * Build APIs, automation workflows, and data processing solutions
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver high-impact solutions
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations
 * Troubleshoot customer issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
 * Participate in technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and implementation planning
 * Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
 * Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of customer-facing solutions
