NOTE: Engineered systems and cloud environments do not count for this qualification. * 84 months of experience troubleshooting Oracle 12c or higher critical issues such as server and database crashes, failed disks, etc. Experience must include working with Oracle Support Services. * 36 months of experience installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle Database Appliance. Experience must be specifically with High Availability (HA) models configured with version 12c or higher RAC databases. * 84 months of experience troubleshooting Oracle 12c or higher database performance and other related issues; specifically by working with other teams to identify if the issue is at the storage, network, database, or application tier. * 84 months of experience using Data Pump Export/Import -and- RMAN for backup and recovery of Oracle 12c or higher databases. Experience must include using RMAN for recovery. * 84 months of experience installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c or higher in a Unix-like environment (e.g. AIX, Linux, etc). * 84 months of experience utilizing Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to pro actively detect issues making use of advanced features such as metric extensions, monitoring templates, etc. * 36 months of experience installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining APEX (database tier) on version 12c or higher databases. * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. * 84 months of experience documenting processes, inclusive of creation of system architecture diagrams, etc. * 36 months of experience maintaining server hardware (racking and stacking, cabling, component replacement, etc) ## Description * Oracle Database Administration 2019 Certified Professional -or- OCP certification in version 12c or higher.
