* Strong experience in Snowflake (Medallion Architecture).
 * Expertise in SQL Server (Schema, SPs, Jobs, Performance tuning).
 * Knowledge of HL7 data structures and healthcare workflows.
 * Experience in ETL/ELT tools (ADF, Airflow, etc.).
 * Data modeling (Dimensional / Star Schema).
 * Handling semi-structured data (JSON/VARIANT).

## Description

* Design and implement Snowflake-based data platform using Medallion Architecture.
 * Gather requirements and analyze existing HL7 to SQL Server ETL workflows.
 * Design Bronze, Silver, Gold layers in Snowflake.
 * Build data ingestion pipelines for HL7 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU).
 * Parse and map HL7 data into structured relational models.
 * Perform data transformation, cleansing, and normalization.
 * Reverse engineer SQL Server databases (tables, SPs, jobs, dependencies).
 * Migrate ETL and batch jobs to Snowflake (Tasks/Streams/ADF/Airflow).
 * Develop data models (fact and dimension tables) for analytics.
 * Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.
 * Implement scheduling, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Nice to Have:

 * DICOM data exposure.
 * Real-time streaming (Kafka/Event Hub).
 * Healthcare domain experience.
