Job Description:Seeking an experienced Systems Architect to provide enterprise architecture leadership, infrastructure support, and technical oversight for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Windows Server administration, authentication technologies, enterprise application support, automation, infrastructure troubleshooting, and systems optimization. This role requires designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise platforms while ensuring security, performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational technology standards., * Architect enterprise technology solutions aligned with agency standards and business requirements

 * Design, document, and maintain enterprise technical and security architectures
 * Install, configure, administer, and support enterprise COTS applications and related platforms
 * Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system performance tuning activities
 * Provide L3 support for Windows Server enterprise environments
 * Manage authentication and identity integration solutions using SAML, OpenID Connect, and enterprise identity frameworks
 * Support networking, storage, load balancing, and security infrastructure initiatives
 * Develop automation scripts and administrative solutions using PowerShell
 * Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support enterprise systems
 * Mentor technical staff and provide guidance on enterprise infrastructure best practices

Additional Responsibilities:

 * Conduct architecture reviews, system assessments, and modernization initiatives
 * Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change activities
 * Support enterprise application implementation and platform enhancement projects
 * Analyze system logs, infrastructure performance metrics, and monitoring reports
 * Recommend system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization opportunities
