You'll oversee engineering, project management, CAD operations, order entry, installation, and technical support-driving excellence across all phases of project execution., Ensure full compliance with Johnson Controls safety programs. Lead safety training efforts, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions in coordination with the corporate safety office. * Customer Satisfaction Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and contractual obligations. Deliver tailored solutions that meet expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Financial Execution Operate within approved financial plans, managing direct and indirect costs, accounts receivable, and profitability. Drive cost-effective delivery without compromising quality. * Operational Oversight Manage support activities including contract review, submittals, engineering, CAD, scheduling, purchasing, and labor planning. Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth project turnover. * Installation Management Lead installation efforts, including material procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight. Ensure technical support and system programming meet customer specifications and code requirements. * Performance & Productivity Establish performance metrics and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Support sales teams to enhance customer service and drive business growth. * Team Leadership Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and implement training and development plans.
