## About the Role

* 5+ years of Information Security Engineering or Active Directory Engineering experience
 * Extensive experience with Active Directory administration in large enterprise environments
 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, and related technologies
 * Proven ability to design and implement secure AD architectures
 * Experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell preferred)
 * Familiarity with IAM frameworks, privileged access management, and compliance requirements
 * Experience with Domain Controller Virtualization, building, management, and administration
 * Experience using Jira and working in an Agile environment

Desired skills:

 * Experience with Azure AD, hybrid identity solutions, and cloud integrations
 * Experience with Microsoft HyperV Management
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
 * Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

## Description

The Active Directory senior engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining enterprise-level Active Directory (AD) environments. This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant identity and access management across the organization by consulting on complex initiatives and resolving multifaceted security engineering challenges., * Deploy and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, group policies, and organizational units

 * Deploy and manage 14 applications supporting Active Directory
 * Update software and configurations to address vulnerabilities
 * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex AD issues, including authentication, replication, and access control
 * Develop, update and enforce security standards for AD, including privileged access management and audit logging
 * Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and application teams to integrate AD with enterprise systems and cloud platforms
 * Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance for AD operations and best practices
 * Participate in compliance reviews and risk assessments related to identity and access management
 * Manage workload in Jira using Agile principles
