## About the Role

Do you have experience in OOP?, * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

 * Strong C++ skills and a solid grasp of object-oriented design principles
 * Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
 * Analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve our system performance
 * Ability to work across disciplines and collaborate closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders
 * Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
 * Motivation to learn and grow continuously
 * Fluent English (spoken and written), * Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
 * German language skills

 * Develop and own methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure world-class performance of our high-end hardware products
 * Design and implement robust diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ environment, tightly integrated with advanced hardware
 * Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
 * Serve as the technical bridge from development to production and customers by rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
 * Analyze production and field data to detect issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to technical limits
