 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications and databases.
 * Familiarity with data warehousing and reporting solutions.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Database Developer with strong expertise in SQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL development to support critical business applications and data initiatives within a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions in asset management, investment management, capital markets, or banking environments., * Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle database solutions.

 * Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
 * Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
 * Support data integration, transformation, and validation processes.
 * Collaborate with business users, analysts, and application development teams to gather and understand requirements.
 * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to database development best practices.
 * Assist in production support activities, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation for database objects and processes.
 * Participate in database design discussions and data modeling activities.
