Preferred Certifications * CompTIA Network+ * CompTIA Security+ * CompTIA Server+ * Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900) Preferred Technical Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: * Microsoft 365 Administration * Microsoft Intune * Microsoft Entra ID * Windows Server * Fortinet Firewalls * Ubiquiti Networking * NinjaOne / RMM platforms * SentinelOne, Huntress, or similar security products * PowerShell scripting * Azure cloud services ## Description We are seeking a motivated Junior Systems Engineer with 3 to 5 years of IT experience to join our growing Managed Services team. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their knowledge across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies while working alongside senior engineers on client projects and support initiatives. The Junior Systems Engineer will assist with system administration, endpoint management, troubleshooting, deployments, and client support while developing technical expertise in modern IT environments.
