This role is ideal for someone who excels at troubleshooting, supporting complex systems, and collaborating across engineering and operations to keep applications running smoothly. You will play a key part in maintaining system performance, resolving technical issues, and helping our teams leverage technology to meet business objectives., Summary: The Lead Application Support Engineer role is responsible for leading a team that administers applications critical for the operations of the business and resolving technical support tickets related to these systems.
