You treat AI coding agents as a daily-driver tool - not a novelty and know how to write a prompt, verify the output, and ship the result., * You are a well-rounded engineer who feels at home in both Python (Django, DRF) and JavaScript (React, React Native) * You live and breathe modern JavaScript/TypeScript, love polishing UIs, and can translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces * You're comfortable working with design mockups, wireframes, and detailed technical specifications * You use Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or a similar AI coding agent every day, and have opinions about when they help and when they don't * You have solid Git fundamentals: branching, rebasing, writing commits that explain why, and keeping PRs reviewable in size * You're comfortable with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Docker for local development Bonus points for: * Experience with Celery, Redis, or other distributed task queues * PostGIS or geospatial query experience * Experience configuring AGENT.md / CLAUDE.md files, or custom AI skills * Background contributing to white-label or multi-tenant products ## Description We're looking for a Junior to Early-Mid Full Stack Developer. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the US (preference for Columbus, OH). You'll work across the stack on a variety of consumer projects, building Django/Python APIs, React Native mobile apps, and React web clients.
