Do you have experience in Technical drawing?, This role is suited for an experienced professional who is recognized as a subject matter expert, capable of solving highly complex design problems and influencing engineering excellence across teams., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)

 * 14+ years aerospace design experience
 * Deep expertise in structural and mechanical design
 * Strong experience with Boeing standards and defence programs
 * Advanced CATIA V5 proficiency
 * Strong knowledge of FAA and aerospace compliance standards
 * Demonstrated leadership in complex engineering environments

## Description

EXPLEO GROUP USA is seeking a Consultant-level Design Engineer (Level 5) to provide advanced technical leadership across aerospace design programs., * Lead complex aerospace design solutions for structural and mechanical systems

 * Develop and review advanced CATIA V5 models and drawing packages
 * Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and configuration control processes
 * Act as technical authority within IPTs and across programs
 * Guide design methodologies, practices, and standards
 * Support program milestones, risk mitigation, and quality objectives
 * Mentor engineers across all levels
 * Influence cross-functional design decisions and strategies
