This role serves as a steward of Primient's brand presence and voice, visual identity, and storytelling-translating business priorities, culture, and values into compelling content that builds awareness, credibility, and connection with external audiences. By leading social strategy, managing brand-led content, and using insights and analytics to guide continuous improvement, the Sr. Specialist helps ensure Primient's brand is clearly understood, trusted, and positively represented in the marketplace., * Strategy & Content: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve marketing targets and brand goals. Create and curate engaging, brand-consistent content (text, image, and video). + Brand Management: Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity across all platforms + Social Engagement: Monitor online presence and trends and implement related strategies to increase brand awareness. + Community Management : Engage with followers, foster discussions, and respond to inquiries or complaints to maintain a positive brand image. * Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
